Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Retail Area Manager reporting to the Head of Retail to implement the brand’s commercial strategy across 6–10 stores in Emilia Romagna & Marche. You will drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong team engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include growing revenue, ensuring merchandising standards, managing store procedures and reporting field activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to lead and develop sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong merchandising and store operations knowledge.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and evaluating retail staff.
• Ability to analyse sales data and report field performance.

Responsibilities

• Developing revenue and profitability across 6–10 Rituals stores in the area.
• Ensuring ritual customer experience and adherence to operational standards.
• Overseeing in-store procedures including cash control, stock management and admin tasks.
• Coordinating information flow and reporting field situations.
• Recruiting, coaching, evaluating and motivating sales teams.
• Monitoring schedules to optimize area productivity.

As a Retail Area Manager and in direct connection with the Head of Retail, you will implement the brand’s commercial strategy across an area of 6-10 stores in Emilia Romagna & Marche.

Thanks to a strong in-store presence and daily team engagement, your mission will be to maximize the performance of your points of sale and keep your teams happy, while providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the revenue and profitability of your stores by implementing concrete action plans.
• Ensuring the excellence of the Rituals customer experience, making sure operational standards are respected in your stores (merchandising, sales ceremony, etc.).
• Ensuring the proper execution of in-store procedures (administrative tasks, cash control, security, stock management, etc.).
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and reporting situations encountered in the field.
• Recruiting, coaching, evaluating, and motivating sales teams.
• Monitoring sales team schedules to optimize the productivity of your area.
