Designed around share-style dining, fresh local ingredients, and great cocktails, Flirt will deliver a relaxed yet elevated experience in the heart of Uluwatu.

We’re looking for passionate, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our front‑of‑house team in the following roles:

Restaurant Supervisor (Pre‑Opening)

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the venue’s launch and daily operations once open. You’ll help shape service standards, train the team, and lead by example to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

• Support the Front of House Manager in pre‑opening setup and training
• Lead and motivate the service team during shifts
• Manage reservations and floor plans via SevenRooms
• Handle guest feedback and ensure seamless service
• Communicate effectively between kitchen and bar
• Assist with cash handling, reporting, and shift briefings
• Uphold Flirt’s high service and presentation standards

• Previous supervisory or senior service experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident, professional, and guest‑focused
• Understanding of food, wine, and cocktail service
• Flexible with working hours (nights & weekends)
• Must have the right to work in Indonesia

Hostess (Pre‑Opening)

As Hostess, you’ll be the first face guests see — setting the tone for the Flirt experience. You’ll be involved in pre‑opening training and setup, then manage bookings and greet guests with warmth and professionalism once open.

• Welcome guests with confidence and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations and walk‑ins using SevenRooms
• Coordinate seating and flow with the service team
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance
• Provide information on menus, events, and specials

• Previous experience as a hostess or front desk role preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Friendly, well‑presented, and proactive
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Must have the right to work in Indonesia
