What do we look for?

  • BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (asset)
  • At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with deep knowledge of operational standards and customer expectations
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; open to new ideas and challenges
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong observational skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments
