Restaurant Manager – Bidder Terrace – Grand Hotel Parker's

Restaurant Manager, Bidder Terrace, Grand Hotel Parker's. Located in Naples, this first luxury hotel of Napoli offers an elegant and authentic atmosphere. Since 1st May 2025, the hotel is part of Relais & Châteaux. The George Restaurant is a two‑star Michelin 2025 establishment.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and motivate the service team, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Organize and manage work schedules and coverage.
  • Train, support and develop staff, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with the hotel’s identity.
  • Collaborate with the chef and kitchen crew for smooth coordination.
  • Oversee reservations, mise en place and special services.
  • Track operational costs, performance and productivity metrics.
  • Serve as a reference point for the team.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Maître in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong organisational, decisional and relational skills.
  • Authoritative, empathetic and natural leadership qualities.
  • Excellent knowledge of French, Russian and contemporary service.
  • Fluent Italian and English, second language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with management software and cost‑control tools.
  • Knowledge of Neapolitan/Mediterranean culinary tradition.

  • Initial seasonal contract of 6 months (CCNL Turismo), with possibility of renewal.
