We are seeking a strong and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our F&B outlet. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who excels in operations, staff and guest management, revenue and cost control, and can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high team morale. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Club House and Juice Bar to ensure efficient, high-quality service
  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff with a positive leadership style, even in high-pressure environments
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and professionally handle guest concerns
  • Drive revenue growth while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Build and sustain high team morale through coaching, teamwork, and clear communication
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Collaborate effectively with management and other departments as a team player
