Restaurant Operation & Events Manager

Tuya Milano, a refined and modern dining destination in the heart of the city, is looking for a Restaurant Operation & Events Manager — a dynamic professional who enjoys working with people, organizing beautiful experiences, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who combines warm guest interaction, good organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

What You'll Do
Restaurant Operations
  • Be a welcoming presence for guests and VIP clients.
  • Support daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team when needed.
  • Help maintain consistent service standards and a positive atmosphere.
  • Assist with reservations, special requests, and guest preferences.
Private Events
  • Be the main point of contact for private and corporate event inquiries.
  • Coordinate requests, follow-ups, and communication with clients.
  • Create and customize event menus and proposals with the Head Chef.
  • Prepare budgets, agreements, and planning documents.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Lead internal briefings and share clear instructions with all departments.
Brand & Guest Experience
  • Build strong relationships with guests and returning clients.
  • Support marketing with events, collaborations, and brand activations.
  • Represent Tuya Milano at selected events or promotional moments.
  • Ensure every guest receives a personalized, elegant experience.
