As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Manager to handle lead generation and relationship-building across multiple channels — email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.

You’ll be a key player in connecting our agency with new clients and partners, driving business growth through smart, personalized outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators
  • Oversee Fiverr and Upwork accounts, including proposal writing, messaging, and profile optimization
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-ups between prospects and our internal team
  • Maintain an organized CRM or tracking system to monitor outreach performance and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve communication flows
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in outreach, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, or CRM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience with freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork) is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and professional approach in communication
