Job summary

WYSER S.R.L. cerca un professionista QHSE senior per supportare il Management nel Sistema di Gestione Integrato (Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente) e per guidare la sicurezza sul cantiere.

Il ruolo prevede ispezioni, audit e sviluppo di programmi formativi per attività a rischio. È richiesta una solida esperienza in grandi progetti civili/infrastrutture, laurea ingegneristica o equivalente e certificazioni ASPP/Lead Auditor.

Qualifications

• Esperienza minima 8 anni in sistemi QHSE in costruzione civili o infrastrutture complesse.
• Laurea o diploma in discipline tecniche, ingegneria preferita.
• Corsi ASPP (Moduli A,B) e Auditor Lead/Internal (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Inglese fluente necessario.

Responsibilities

• Supportare il Manager nello sviluppo, implementazione, manutenzione e diffusione del Sistema di Gestione Integrato (Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente) all'interno dell'azienda.
• Fornire punto di contatto tecnico per la sicurezza in cantiere, condurre ispezioni e audit comportamentali per mitigare rischi.
• Supportare/ pianificare ed eseguire il piano annuale di audit interni; collaborare con enti certificatori durante sorveglianza e rinnovo.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company;
• Act as technical point of contract for site-based safety. Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits, providing expert guidance to site managers to ensure immediate risk mitigation.
• Support the identification of training needs and design specialized coaching programs for high-risk activities and the promotion of a proactive safety culture
• Support/Plan and excute the annual internal audit schedule. Collaborate for external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits.

Requirements

• At least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors. Proven track record as a ASPP in field-based roles.
• Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (Engineering preferred).
• Attendance of specific training courses for ASPP (Modules A,B,).
• Attendance of Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Fluent in English

Pacchetto retributivo

• Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) a partire da € 50k + bonus 9% + buoni pasto da 10€
• Possibilità di smart working 2 giorni a settimana
• Sede di lavoro: Milano (sede vicina a Metro)
