Un'agenzia di lavoro del settore edilizio cerca un Site Manager a Torino. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione operativa del cantiere, coordinando le attività quotidiane, garantendo la qualità e la sicurezza. Richiesta laurea in ingegneria o diploma tecnico e almeno 3 anni di esperienza come site manager. È necessaria la conoscenza del software Autocad e disponibilità a viaggi occasionali. Si offre un contratto a tempo pieno.

Overview

Adecco Italia spa is seeking a responsible Site Manager to oversee the operational management of the construction site, coordinating daily activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality and safety regulations, and guaranteeing the correct execution of the works according to the project.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the logistical and procurement process, ensuring material regularity, stock level and purchasing needs, and continuously updating the administrative and accounting documentation of the works.
• Create the execution schedule of the works in compliance with the project and contract documentation, organizing human and instrumental resources, coordinating any subcontracting firms, and compiling the necessary documentation.
• Monitor the correct execution of the works, managing variances and compiling the technical documentation related to the activities performed and the materials used.
• Control safety on the construction site during the realization of the works.
• Coordinate the activities of the site workforce: selection, performance evaluation, shift planning and absences.

Qualifications - Technical (Hard Skills)

• Degree in engineering or technical diploma.
• Previous experience as a construction site manager and/or project manager with at least 3 years of experience in the realization of mechanical and electrical systems in projects with order values above 1 million euros.
• Knowledge of Autocad software.
• Availability for occasional travel within the national territory.
