Role Details

Role : Resource Planners - Major Events

Type : Contract / Freelance

Location : International (event-based)

Assignment Length : Typically 6 months, Start dates vary by event and venue

Passport : Valid with at least 6 months remaining

What You Will Do
  • Arrange flights, ground transport, and accommodations for employees and contractors to meet project needs.
  • Manage long‑term accommodation, including handovers, payments, and tracking utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel, accommodation, and crew documentation.
  • Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
  • Act as the main contact for travel and accommodation queries, resolving issues and communicating changes promptly.
  • Coordinate crew allocation and contractor scheduling in partnership with project and resource planning teams.
What You Bring
  • Experience in travel coordination, office administration, or a related role.
  • Experience working with travel agencies and booking platforms (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting professionally with employees and external providers.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively with vendors.
  • Willingness to travel as required and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
