As the Residential Operations Manager with Hines, duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
Speaking at least two languages fluently (Italian and English), a third language is a plus.
Confident with the use of technology.
Good PR skills both with tenants and with representatives of commercial activities in the area and collaborators of procurement services
Knowledge of the systems present in the structure and is available in case of night alarm.
Basic administrative knowledge (based on our needs)
Available to work on shifts, during public holidays, and weekends.
Possibility of being transferred to other buildings for future openings
