A luxury hotel in Capri is seeking a Reservation Manager to ensure a seamless experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star property and excellent knowledge of LQA standards. Responsibilities include managing the reservation system and collaborating with other departments to guarantee the highest service levels. EU residents or those with an existing work permit for Italy only.

Overview

Hosco

Reports to the General Manager. The Reservation Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests have a seamless experience when booking rooms, and oversees the reservation office and work closely with other departments to ensure that guests receive the highest level of service. He/She is responsible for managing the reservation system, which includes ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded, that guests are informed of any policies or procedures related to their stay, and is co-responsible for managing the room inventory in Protel and Synxis.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the role for a minimum of 2 years in 5-star deluxe property
  • Guest oriented
  • in-depth knowledge of LQA standards
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of PMS Protel
  • Problem solving
