Job summary

W EXECUTIVE is seeking bright, talented professionals to join our Financial Services Team as Senior Researchers. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in the financial services talent acquisition landscape, with experience across insurance, banking, and private markets.

Responsibilities include supporting Partners in executive search execution, conducting industry mapping, building candidate pipelines, assessing candidates, and preparing client materials.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of Financial Services industry and its competitive dynamics.
• Experience in demanding, high-performance talent acquisition teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; additional European languages are advantageous.

• Perform candidate assessment through structured interviews and competency-based evaluation.
• Prepare client materials, market insights and candidate reports.
• Manage search processes end-to-end, coordinating with clients, candidates and internal teams.
• Contribute to business development activities through market intelligence and industry insights.
