Job summary

W EXECUTIVE S.R.L. is seeking bright, motivated Senior Researchers to join its Financial Services Team in Lombardy, Italy. The role focuses on high‑quality execution of executive search assignments, market mapping, and building candidate pipelines to support Partners.

You will conduct indicative assessments through structured interviews, prepare client materials and market insights, and manage end‑to‑end search processes while coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of Financial Services industry and its competitive dynamics.
• Experience working in demanding, high-performance talent acquisition teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, sound judgement and high professional integrity.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must plus any additional European languages are considered an advantage.
