A leading AI consulting firm is seeking a Public Policy and Language Specialist to translate complex policy frameworks into clear content for AI training. The role requires native-level fluency in Italian and strong English skills, with experience in public policy or politics. Role Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Italian and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
• Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in Italy.
• Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content.
• Leverage public policy expertise with bilingual communication skills to create accurate, culturally nuanced content.

Qualifications – Must-Have

• Native‑level fluency in Italian with strong written and spoken English.
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.

Qualifications – Preferred

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
