Offer Description

The aim of the project is to explore, develop and validate an innovative model for the integration of humanoid robotics, digital platforms and artificial intelligence models applied to the retail sector, with particular reference
to multi-brand stores characterised by a highly complex product range and a strong advisory component in the sales
process. The project aims to investigate whether, and to what extent, a humanoid robot – integrated with a software platform based on catalogue data, stock information and AI recommendation models – can act as an intelligent interface between physical space, data and people, supporting both shop staff and end customers throughout the various stages of the customer journey.
