A multinational firm in engineering is seeking a Technical Report Writing Engineer to support oil and gas projects in Milano. The candidate must have an engineering degree and extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a strong command of English. Responsibilities include ensuring project quality, coordinating engineering activities, and preparing technical documents.

Competenze

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or other according to type of project/project package responsibility).
• 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.
• 5 years of engineering experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write Specifications and reports.

• Quality and consistency of project package definition.
• Engineering activities completion according to plan.
• Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, COMPANY standards and international best practices.
• Coordinating project / package technical activities during concept definition and define technical scope of contracts.
• Providing engineering support to fabrication/construction activities during project execution.
• Detailed Engineering reviewing of design activities performed by Contractors.
• Prepare technical documents in the DSP.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or other according to type of project/project package responsibility)
• 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• 5 years of engineering experience
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write Specifications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Main Responsibilities: Quality and consistency of project package definition
• Engineering activities completion according to plan
• Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, COMPANY standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency
• Key Activities: Coordinating project / package technical activities during concept definition and define technical scope of contracts
• Providing engineering support to fabrication/ construction activities during project execution
• Detailed Engineering reviewing of design activities performed by Contractors
• Prepare technical documents in the DSP ( Decision support package)
