Università degli studi di Roma is seeking researchers for the FIS3 StOIRC project to analyze representations of Roma, Ottomans, and “Moors” in Italian Renaissance comedy (c. 1500-1650) and its adaptations. The role centers on building a data-rich workflow with a focus on bibliographic data, TEI encoding, and digital editions.

The fellowship emphasizes co-designing a database, data standardisation, and producing annotated editions, with eligibility restricted to those residing in Europe.

Formación

• Eligibility: fellows must be European/within Europe.
• EU/Europe residence required for eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Co-designing a database aimed at identifying theatrical texts in the corpus and classifying bibliographic and textual information.
• Entering and standardising data (e.g. bibliographic records, transcriptions of texts, and XML-TEI encoding) within the database.
• Producing annotated digital editions of texts related to the project.
