Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer in Italy to own key frontend surfaces for on-chain trading terminals. You will work on Solana and EVM trading experiences, integrating wallets and delivering latency-sensitive UI with real-time data.

The role emphasizes high ownership, fast delivery, and collaboration with a compact engineering team in a remote-first setup, with AI-native development practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of frontend engineering in production Web3 apps.
Experience with Solana and Ethereum ecosystems.
Own end-to-end frontend components for trading surfaces.
Familiar with wallet integrations and on-chain UX.

Responsibilities

Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading across Solana and EVM.
Own end-to-end ownership of at least one revenue-generating surface from idea to production.
Build latency-sensitive trading experiences with live data and order flow.
Unify wallet, signing, and transaction experiences across platforms.
Optimize browser and frontend performance with WebSockets, RPC streams, and optimistic UI.
Own production quality and reduce defect rates.
