They will apply user-centered design practices throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring operational needs are met through user research and the creation of design artifacts. The role involves collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, adhering to accessibility standards, and participation in Agile / DevSecOps teams. Ideal candidates have proven experience, strong UX skills, and are willing to work in the EST time zone.

Competenze

• Proven UI / UX industry experience on complex web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design.
• Experience collaborating in Agile / DevSecOps environments.
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
• Portfolio demonstrating past design solutions and methodology.
• Willingness to work in EST time zone.
