A leading company in technical services is seeking a Sales Lead to drive the sales strategy and performance within the TIC division. You will lead a high-performing sales team, engage directly with key customers, and ensure data-driven sales performance to achieve growth targets. Ideal candidates will have significant B2B sales experience and strong leadership capabilities, with a customer-centric mindset. This remote role is based in Italy.

Competenze

  • 8 years of B2B sales experience required.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within TIC or technical services.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams and delivering growth.
