Hire Feed is seeking a Senior Human Data Manager for a fully remote role to oversee data collection, validation, and annotation for AI model training. You will lead annotator teams and coordinate with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project goals.

You will design guidelines, monitor workflows, and develop quality metrics while collaborating with international teams to meet diverse client demands.

Competenze

• Experience in managing large-scale data annotation projects focusing on AI/ML training datasets.
• Proficiency in data validation techniques and quality control for structured/unstructured data.
• Strong leadership to guide annotator teams and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with annotation tools such as Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear annotation instructions.
