Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks an SAP HCM Consultant specializing in TM, OM and PA. The role focuses on configuring and supporting SAP HCM solutions, aligning HR processes with business needs, and delivering system enhancements in a remote setup based in Italy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage master data, payroll integrations, and participate in implementation, support and upgrade projects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, particularly Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Understand payroll-related processes and integrations involving SAP HCM PA and TM; familiarity with SAP Payroll integration is highly desirable.
• Bring experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, ongoing system operations, enhancements, or upgrade projects.
• Have the ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex system issues and deliver effective resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM modules, specifically TM, OM, and PA.
• Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to design and implement effective SAP HCM solutions and enhancements.
• Manage and maintain employee master data, organizational structures, and HR processes.
• Configure and optimize Time Management functionalities including work schedules and absences.
• Support payroll-related integrations with SAP HCM PA and TM, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, and support materials.
