This fully remote role involves sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with department heads, and refining internal processes. Competenze

• Proven experience in recruitment, especially in hiring sales roles.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Forex or trading environments is a plus.

• Manage end to end recruitment for international Sales teams.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple regions.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Recruiter and department heads.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and job posts.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks related to onboarding.
