Job summary

Fortrea seeks a skilled RWE Programmer to join a sponsor-dedicated team supporting a global pharmaceutical partner. This fully home-based role focuses on Real World Data analytics to generate high-quality RWE for current and future compounds.

You will collaborate with RWE Scientists, Epidemiologists, Statisticians, and stakeholders on study design, data evaluation, programming, and results interpretation in a globally visible function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computing, life science, health science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Real World Evidence, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes Research or related areas.
• Experience with large healthcare databases (e.g., Komodo, Marketscan, CPRD, MMIT).
• Experience with SAS or R; Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Supports statistical programming activities in Real World Evidence.
• Contributes to study design and analysis plans when needed.
• Develops, validates, maintains, and documents analysis programs.
• Participates in interpretation of results and publications reviews.
• Assesses database quality and provides technical database guidance.
• Ensures efficient production of statistical outputs.
• Reviews study concepts, protocols and analysis plans.
