Outlier is seeking freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote, freelance role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours, and can choose their projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience living in live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure reliability and scalability.
