Suitable candidates will have over 5 years in sales or business development, be fluent in Italian and English, and registered as financial consultants. Competenze

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in financial services.
  • Registered with the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell'Albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari.
  • Motivated by performance and business building.
  • Legally authorized to work independently in Italy.

  • Manage the acquisition cycle for high-net-worth prospects.
  • Conduct remote high-level conversations to assess client needs.
  • Build strong rapport using a consultative approach.
  • Meet and exceed conversion goals with high service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless transitions.
  • Manage outreach, performance tracking, and follow-ups independently.
