A remote operations services firm is seeking an Operations Systems & Data Coordinator. This role will maintain clean and accurate data across various operational systems such as Shopify and Airtable. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in operations and be comfortable working remotely in a high-SKU environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. This full-time position offers flexibility within the PST hours.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, eCommerce, or data coordination.
• Comfortable working with multiple connected systems like Shopify and Airtable.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to maintain clean data.
