Outlier is seeking contributors for OpenClaw Agent Builder projects. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments. Candidates should have 2+ years in backend engineering or related fields and the ability to build production-grade software with modular components.

You will write eval rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents while collaborating on real-world AI workflows. Flexible, remote work from multiple eligible regions.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
