Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex system integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Practical experience in live, multi-turn system interactions and real environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide precise, technical feedback on complex systems.
• Nice to have familiarity with multi-service architectures and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Write eval rubrics for agent behavior and performance.
• Debug agent traces and diagnose failures across components.
• Stress test agent workflows and ensure reliability in live deployments.
