Hired is seeking a Python Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deliver advanced ML solutions in computer vision for a fully remote setting.

You will lead end-to-end ML projects, mentor teammates, and align ML initiatives with business goals while collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams across the organization.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on ML experience, strong Python expertise, and a commitment to staying at the forefront of AI research and practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/ML/AI/Statistics or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands-on data science and machine learning development experience.
• Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting, and NLP.
• Expertise in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
