Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on system behaviors.
• Nice to have multi-stage coordination tasks and hands-on integration with live tools.
