A leading global design and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Sales Agent to drive sales in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and an established network. Responsibilities include promoting products, providing customer support, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a remote position offering commission-based compensation and kick-off support for the first year.

• Proven previous sales experience in HVACR, Commercial Refrigeration components industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant components and systems.
• A solid network of contacts in Distribution / Aftermarket channels and OEMs.

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
