Hire Feed is seeking a Senior Human Data Manager to oversee data collection, validation, and annotation processes for high-quality AI training datasets. This remote, full-time role involves leading annotator teams and coordinating with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project goals.

You will design guidelines, mentor staff, and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks while collaborating with international teams to meet diverse project demands.

Competenze

• Experience managing large-scale data annotation projects for AI/ML training.

• Strong leadership to guide annotator teams and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with Label Studio or Prodigy.
