Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to join as a full-time, remote specialist. You will manage Google Workspace for internal teams, provide Tier 2 support, and deliver end-user training to boost collaboration and productivity across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes configuring accounts, ensuring security, and continuously optimizing workflows, with a focus on user enablement and cross-team collaboration.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and user provisioning.
• Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace apps and related systems.
• Ability to create and deliver training materials for end-users.

Mansioni

• Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts for internal teams (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate as needed.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
