Hire Feed is seeking a Go Software Engineer to build scalable backend components for AI-driven dialogue applications. This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement features powering next-generation education, entertainment, and QA systems.

You'll lead software initiatives, review AI-generated code, and ensure high quality through Go expertise, code reviews, and strong DevOps practices. Open to international applicants with a remote-first approach.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Go and software development best practices.
• Experience with AI systems and LLM training methods.
• Proactive GitHub contributions and large codebase refactoring.
