Qualifications

2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
Ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations (Supabase, Gmail, various APIs).
Experience with persistent state and session discovery using MEMORY.md to track progress.
