• Manage project delivery from development follow-up through testing, cutover and go-live
• Analyse new initiatives, gather requirements and contribute to functional analysis and effort estimation
• Document business needs, project decisions, risks, actions and deliverables
• Track project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
• Prepare Steering Committees, status reports and project follow-ups
• Coordinate testing activities and go-live readiness
• Contribute to business development opportunities within the Fashion and Luxury & Retail sectors
