Job summary

Delonghi is seeking a hands-on Retail Media Manager to drive European campaigns for a global advertiser. You will bridge performance marketing with commercial sales, collaborating with top retailers to optimize spend and the digital shelf.

You will work closely with the Head of Paid Media to shape the roadmap, translate data into insights, and manage high-budget campaigns across major European retailers, delivering measurable ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Looker.
• Full professional fluency in English (other languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers (Sponsored Products, Display, Video)
• Develop and execute bespoke media plans for retailers such as MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro
• Budget management to hit ROAS and market share targets
• Daily performance monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creatives
• Translate data into actionable insights; provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries
• Serve as technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators
