The role supports Agile development practices and operational support across managed software solutions, while collaborating with software vendors and business units to maximize technology use for improved processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the SDLC for enterprise-wide software solutions by analyzing and documenting business needs and implementing technical processes.
• Drives joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Creates high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders and identifies gaps for improvement.
• Collaborates with product owners to create backlogs and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Provides Tier 2 application support to maintain day-to-day operations and assist with software upgrades.
• Participates in scrum events and supports Agile practices.
• Establishes and maintains documentation of processes, flows, and technical requirements.
