IFAB Foundation seeks a Digital Marketing & Communication Junior to support the implementation of its communication strategy and promote AI projects among researchers, innovators, and businesses. The role emphasizes go-to-market planning and visuals aligned with each initiative.

Based in Bologna with the possibility of remote work, the position offers a dynamic environment, collaboration with universities, research centres and industry partners, and opportunities for growth in digital

Competenze

Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, institutional communication, or research environments.
Knowledge of social media management tools, web analytics, SEO/SEM and email marketing.

Mansioni

Implement the digital communication and social media strategy, ensuring consistency with the visual identity of each project.
Create and schedule content for the website, LinkedIn and other channels, including copy, visuals, videos, articles and newsletters.
Work with project teams to produce dissemination materials such as flyers, infographics, short videos and reports.
Support digital campaigns and media planning activities, monitoring KPIs and analytics to optimise performance.
Manage communications coverage for events, webinars and conferences organised by IFAB or partners.
Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality and timely content delivery.
