Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites an Applications Programmer in Italy to modernize enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, AI features, and customer portals. You will design, develop, and support large-scale solutions in an Agile setting, mentoring peers and promoting best practices while delivering reliable, scalable software.

The role emphasizes remote-first engagement, complex problem solving, and collaboration with analysts, QA, and technical leaders across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience building customer portals or customer-facing apps.
• Full SDLC experience across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in enterprise projects.
• Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Cloud integration with Azure.
• Security clearance eligibility (Public Trust).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
