Remote Customer Service Opportunities Based in Greece

Location: Anywhere in Greece (including the islands) – 100% Remote

Contract: Full‑time Customer Service / Support Roles

About the opportunity

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team. Responsibilities

  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
Requirements
  • Fluency in ONE of the following European languages: French, Italian, German, Danish, Dutch or other EU languages.
  • English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
