Quik Hire Staffing is recruiting for a fully remote Accountant (CPA/CA) to join on a full-time basis. The role focuses on financial record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial insights.

The candidate will prepare financial statements, reconcile ledgers, file tax returns, and support budgeting with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Competenze

• CPA/CA certification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Prepare and examine financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including AP/AR.
• Prepare and file tax returns in line with local and federal regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to spot discrepancies.
