Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to help shape autonomous agents from anywhere. This remote, contract-based role offers up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives.

Most contributors work flexibly, 5-10 hours weekly, up to 40 hours depending on project needs. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, plus production-grade software experience and the ability to handle multi-turn

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
