You’ll work on production-grade systems, integrating live tools and APIs to improve agent orchestration and reliability, with weekly payments and no minimum hours. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, plus a track record of building scalable, production-ready software and providing precise feedback on system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
