Outlier is seeking contributors to join as OpenClaw Agent Builder on a freelance, remote basis. Earn up to $50 USD/hr with flexible scheduling and weekly payments, while helping shape autonomous agent technology and multi-agent workflows.

You’ll collaborate with leading AI projects and gain access to powerful AI tools. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with hands-on experience in production-grade systems and live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience building multi-stage coordination tasks where data acquisition leads to reasoned output.
