Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to give precise, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug agent traces to identify issues and improve reliability.
• Stress test agents to ensure robustness under real-world conditions.
