Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agent workflows. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments. You will design, test, and improve agent orchestration, parsing data, coordinating steps, and delivering reliable results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with production-grade software experience and a track record of building for live environments. Flexible schedule; strong attention to detail required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience with multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating agents with live tools.
