A leading logistics company in Buccinasco is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to ensure safety standards, conduct preventative maintenance, and provide high levels of equipment availability. The candidate should have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, advanced Italian language skills, and the ability to supervise a team. This role involves hands-on work with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and requires good interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships within the company. Candidates will work shifts including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• Experience in electrical and mechanical domains is essential.
• Experience in automation environments with material handling machinery is required.
• Proven ability to supervise and influence a team.

• Model health & safety best practices and ensure compliance.
